ATTENTION GUILD RETIREES
Under the contract language, early retirees between ages 62 and 65 will continue to be eligible for all health-insurance options offered to current employees. They can choose from the company-sponsored United Health Care blue/green plans or the Guild trust Anthem plan.
Regardless of which plan retirees select, the company will contribute its share toward the premium based on the formula included in the contract. The retirees will be responsible for making up the difference.
SummaCare and Aetna will no longer be options for current or retired employees, effective Oct. 1.
